Plans & Quota
How is the validity period calculated?
Each purchase is valid for the plan's number of days, counted from the payment date. With repeat purchases, your account expiry is the latest purchase date plus the validity period — days are not stacked, and earlier orders are not invalidated.
How are ASR / TTS quotas calculated? Do repeat purchases stack?
ASR (minutes) and TTS (characters) quotas are usable within the validity period. Repeat purchases are added up automatically (each order's quota × quantity), and add-on packs are merged in. Usage is accumulated from the payment date of your earliest active order.
Can I buy extra quota separately?
Yes. You need an active plan first, and you may only buy the add-on pack matching your current plan tier. Coupons do not apply to add-ons.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. After you sign up and log in, a free trial with a short validity period and basic quota is provided so you can try the features. Once you purchase a paid plan, the trial quota and permissions no longer count.
Payment & Invoice
Which payment methods are supported?
Online credit-card payment via the TapPay gateway (including 3-D Secure verification).
How soon is my plan activated after payment?
Normally activation is immediate. For transactions that require 3-D Secure, activation happens after the issuing bank confirms; the result page updates automatically to Payment Successful.
Can I get an invoice?
Domestic orders can be issued an e-invoice (personal B2C or company B2B); overseas orders are not applicable.
Speech Recognition (ASR)
Which audio / video formats are supported?
Common audio and video formats (such as mp3, wav, m4a, mp4) are supported; the actual accepted formats are shown on the upload page.
Is there a limit on audio length?
A single audio file can be up to 4 hours long. Long audio is supported; files longer than about 2 hours are automatically processed via batch transcription, so you do not need to split them yourself.
Are speaker separation, summary and translation available?
Depending on your plan, speaker separation, conversation summary and transcript translation are available; you can also edit speakers and content in the console.
What happens if my live recording disconnects?
Live recording is saved as you record; if you disconnect or close the tab, the recorded content is automatically converted to batch processing, so nothing is lost.
Text-to-Speech (TTS)
How are characters counted?
By billable characters: full-width characters (e.g. Chinese) count as 2, half-width letters/digits/symbols count as 1. The character count for each request is shown before you submit.
Which voices and output formats are supported?
Multiple voice roles with adjustable speed and tone; output formats include mp3, opus, aac, flac and wav, with online preview and download.

How do I log in?
Sign up and log in with email, or log in via Google / Microsoft accounts.
